Lower Lights Christian Health Center invites you to participate in the 6th annual Run/Walk for Spaghetti 5K on Saturday August 14th in Hilliard!
All race proceeds benefit Lower Lights Christian Health Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit community health center located in the Central Ohio area serving all who need high quality health care, regardless of their ability to pay for it!
Free Spaghetti for all who participate, Compliments of the Florentine Restaurant!
Come enjoy a run and a great Italian meal with friends!

Date: Saturday August 14, 2010
Location: The 5K and free kid's run will start and finish at Upper Arlington Lutheran Church, Mill Run Campus in Hilliard (3500 Mill Run Dr.)
Start time: The 5K walk and run will start promptly at 10:00AM. The free kids race will start at 9:30 AM
Race Day Registration & Packet Pick Up: 8:45am
Directions & Parking: There is plenty of parking available where the event starts and finishes.

Pre-Race Registration: Online registration can be completed by using the link above or by printing and mailing the printable entry form. You can also register in person at Second Sole Columbus during normal business hours, located in the Stoneridge Plaza at the corner of Morse and Hamilton in Gahanna (315 Stoneridge Ln.). Entry Fee:
- $25 with event shirt
- $20 without event shirt
- Save $3 per entry by registering 3 or more at once! Group entries must be completed using the online registration link above or mailing all forms at once. For groups larger than 6 people please contact us via email: info@secondsoleracing.com
All registrants will be automatically entered in a drawing for fabulous prizes including a pair of OSU football tickets!
For those who want to collect pledges to benefit LLCHC, any registrant who also comes on race day with $100 in pledges will be entered in another drawing for a pair of OSU football tickets! Download the pedge form by clicking here

Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female participants overall, along with the top 3 male and female participants in each of the following age groups:
- 19 & Under
- 20-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60 & Over

This Second Sole Racing Event will feature the Vimeo™ HD Finish Line Cam. Footage will be taken throughout race morning and then we will capture each participant as they finish! The footage will be edited and posted on the Second Sole Racing Vimeo™ channel! Be proud of your accomplishment and share your finish with friends and family!
